Kevin Brancato is the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at TechnoMile, where he guides the company’s vision and strategy to deliver an innovative cloud platform for government contractors that fuses data and leverages leading-edge technologies to help companies improve efficiency, gain actionable insights, and mitigate risk throughout the entire capture-to-contract process, resulting in more contract wins. For more than two decades, Kevin has researched, modeled, and analyzed the federal government’s budget and spending and worked to transform this data into actionable intelligence for both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining TechnoMile in 2021, he served as the Product Management Director at Bloomberg Government and led BGOV’s product strategy, directing the company’s product, data, and analysis teams. Prior to BGOV, Kevin was a management scientist at the RAND Corporation, where he analyzed weapon system cost and defense manpower policies. Kevin received a PhD in Economics from George Mason University and a BA in Mathematics-Statistics from Columbia University.
Dave Huff brings more than 15 years of government business development and military experience. As an OST Partner, he oversees business development and operations. As a capture and proposal manager, he has developed over 200 multimillion and multibillion-dollar government and commercial proposals. He teaches at OST’s Bid & Proposal Academy, offering public courses and custom training to industry and government organizations.
Helene Johnson is TechnoMile’s Chief Value Officer. In this capacity, Helene is focused on ensuring that TechnoMile clients derive maximum value from their TechnoMile solutions. She is also a subject matter expert on the art and science of capture management and was the President of Bid2Win Consulting, a successful strategic advisory firm serving companies in the federal market, which was acquired by TechnoMile in November 2021.
Steven Koester is a Business Analyst at TechnoMile, where he concentrates on driving improvements to the company’s innovative cloud solutions, including Competitive Insights, TechnoMile’s market and contact intelligence platform for government contractors. Steven’s career has focused on researching and analyzing the tools and data that both the US government and its contractors use during the procurement process and how modern technologies can enhance this process.
