With a decade of experience in high-stakes logistics, including operational roles at the Central Intelligence Agency and the United States Senate, Brie has led strategic initiatives across complex environments such as Ukraine, Iraq, and Israel. At the CIA, she played a key role in navigating diplomatic, regulatory, and operational challenges to ensure the successful movement of mission-critical goods and personnel. Brie’s expertise lies in supply chain risk management, contested logistics, and international coordination.

    Clinton West is a senior executive specializing in supply chain risk and resilience, with over 25 years of experience supporting national security, defense, and intelligence operations. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served as an intelligence analyst before transitioning to senior civilian roles. He previously served as Director of Supply Chain Risk at the Central Intelligence Agency and has held operational leadership positions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Throughout his career, Clinton has advised senior leaders across the Department of Defense, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and Congress—helping to shape strategic policies on intelligence operations, contested logistics, and global risk management. He currently serves as Senior Director of Advanced Systems at Exiger, where he leads the integration of advanced technologies and AI platforms to build secure, resilient supply chains. Clinton holds advanced degrees, the most recent from the U.S. Naval War College.
