Enterprise Impact: The Modern Approach to CLM Software and Services for Federal Contractors

Recorded on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 11:00am-12:00pm EST   Virtual, ON24

Many federal contractors recognize the imperative of digital transformation to mature legal and contracting operations and unlock valuable contract intelligence, however they worry about the resources required to add a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to their organization’s tech stack. Others have explored commercial CLM solutions and are daunted by the significant customizations required to support the unique complexities of federal contracting.

Join TechnoMile and RSM to learn how government contractors are successfully combatting both of these challenges by implementing an industry-specific CLM solution designed for federal contractors that harnesses existing Microsoft or Salesforce infrastructure. This empowers companies to extend their investment in these enterprise technologies to modernize contracting, while avoiding new technology support costs, enhancing collaboration across the organization, and gaining best-in-class capabilities to streamline management of federal contracts and more effectively mitigate risk.

Attendees will learn:

  • The unique advantages of industry-specific CLM technology implemented by GovCon industry experts
  • How leveraging an industry-specific CLM and existing enterprise technology infrastructure reduces TCO and speeds time-to-value of your CLM investment
  • Key considerations when evaluating CLM tech to meet the demanding and complex requirements of federal contracting
  • Best practices for safeguarding your CLM to support compliance with CMMC and other stringent data security requirements
