Kevin Brancato is the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at TechnoMile, where he guidesthe company’s vision and strategy to deliver an innovative, AI-enabled cloud platform for government contractors. In his role, Kevin partners closely with Contracts teams within GovCon and Aerospace & Defense organizations of all sizes – from growing 8(a) companies to Fortune 500 enterprises – as they leverage contract management technology to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, mitigate risk, and unlock contract intelligence.Prior to joining TechnoMile, Kevin served as the Product Management Director at Bloomberg Government and led BGOV’s product strategy, directing the company’s product, data, and analysis teams. Prior to BGOV, he was a management scientist at the RAND Corporation, where he analyzed weapon system cost and defense manpower policies. Kevin received a PhD in Economics from George Mason University and a BA in Mathematics- Statistics from Columbia University.
Colonel Richard Kniseley is the Senior Materiel Leader, Commercial Space Office, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. Colonel Kniseley leads a 90 personnel office that assesses, implements, integrates, and monitors commercial spaces capabilities for the Department of Defense. Charged with enacting a "Buy Before Build" paradigm shift, Colonel Kniseley executes over $1 Billion in investments mitigating critical capability gaps for the warfighter while interacting with senior Department of the Air Force members, Congressional Staff, and leaders of industry. Colonel Kniseley entered active duty in 2000 as a graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at Colorado State University. During his career, he has served in a variety of acquisition positions including Program Manager, Flight Test Manager, Flight Commander, Headquarters Staff Officer, Field Command Staff Officer, Legislative Liaison, and Materiel Leader.
