The Evaluator Has Changed. Your Capture Strategy Should Too. Webinar

Recorded on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 12:00pm-1:00pm EST   Virtual, ON24

Federal agencies are beginning to use AI in source selection — and most BD and capture teams aren't prepared for what that means.

AI-assisted evaluation isn't a distant possibility. Compliance scans, content analysis, and risk flagging are already being explored by contracting offices, quietly reshaping how winning proposals are identified. For GovCon executives, this shift has direct implications for win rates, capture strategy, and how you differentiate your company before a proposal ever hits an evaluator's desk.

This session is a practical briefing for BD and capture leaders on what's changing, what's at stake, and what to do about it. We'll cover how AI evaluation tools work, where they're being adopted, and how to position your company, your past performance, and your solutions to win in an environment where both humans and machines are scoring your response.

You'll walk away with:

  • A clear-eyed view of how AI is entering the source selection process and what it means for your pipeline.
  • Capture and positioning strategies that hold up under AI-assisted compliance and differentiation reviews.
  • Practical steps to future-proof your BD process before the shift becomes standard practice.
  • A competitive edge because most of your competitors aren't thinking about this yet.
